Sink or Shpin (formerly Sink or Spin) is the world's first comedy show where the audience are all on fitness bikes. A character comedy for one actor, set in a real gym with real fitness bikes. Inspired by Spinning classes, created and developed by Jonathan Sacerdoti, the show first played at the Edinburgh Festival in 2011 to great reviews (see below) and transferred to London in 2012 as "Sink or Shpin".

reviews of Sink or Shpin:
"This is my actual favourite… you join a spinning class in the surreal world of your instructor, so you get a properly mad, bonkers spinning instructor."
Scott Mills, BBC Radio 1
"One of the fringe's more unusual show... mixes comedy and exercise. It's doubtful you'll come away any fitter however this fringe show will have your stomach aching from laughter"
"it's a funny show... it got you really involved."
The Culture Show, BBC Two
"joyous experience… unbelievably good fun… I doubt there is anything that is quite as much fun in Edinburgh this year."
